Growing up in the Midwest with five siblings, I played sports, was in Boy Scouts, had a paper route, loved my bikes, and adhered to different programs to improve my physical health including nightly pushups, the Charles Atlas dynamic tension workout, and the Ken Cooper aerobics point system. I excelled at baseball in my early years and basketball in my teen years. I was mostly a B student and went to a small college to play basketball and maintain my B student status.

As an adult, I have been a biology and science teacher and coached various sports, primarily basketball. Eventually I became active in business, was CEO of an INC Magazine 500 Fastest Growing business.

In 1999 I founded Success Partners International, a platform for team building, speaking, coaching, and training. I have been an accomplished achiever in network marketing and in 2021 authored my first book, The Tao of Network Marketing.

These statements reflect some of my achievements, however I've has many challenges and difficulties along the way. I've grown to appreciate the value of disappointments and the importance of my own personal growth and development.

In 2021, along with my partner Brooke Haynes, launched Consurgo, a personal growth platform that connects seekers to experts in a community that fosters personal growth and development.
